30 Day Exchange & Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrectly placed orders (i.e wrong size or style) as our artwork is printed to your specific requirements when ordered. All sales are final.
To be eligible for a return:
• You must contact us within 5 working days of receipt of the item with your reason.
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received i.e no creases, fingerprints, marks or bends and all contents included.
• Your item must be in the original packaging including the shipping box.
• Once we have discussed your reason and approved for return then you may proceed.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase included with it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item.
Printable & Digital Downloads
Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, we NO NOT offer refunds. Unless there is a technical issue with a product, all sales are final.
Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged, all sales are final.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Please send us a message to email@example.com when you have received a damaged item to discuss the returns policy. Be sure to email photos illustrating the damage in original email (and before returning item).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the damaged item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should first email email@example.com to discuss the returns process.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• The original shipping charge is not refundable
